What does VC Pro include?
VC Pro ($29/month or $290/year) gives you unlimited review access, term sheet benchmarks, Raise Tracker, data export in CSV and JSON, warm intro requests, weekly digest emails, and 1,000 API calls per day.
How do I claim my VC profile?
If you represent a VC firm, you can claim your profile on VCPeer for free. Visit your firm's profile page and click the "Claim Profile" button. After verification, you can respond to reviews, update your profile, and add a response guarantee.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you will be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through our payment partner Polar. This includes Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Is there a refund policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your plan, contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan. You will retain all your submitted reviews and data, but access to premium features will be restricted.

How does the annual billing work?
Annual billing gives you 2 months free compared to monthly billing. You are charged once per year and can cancel anytime.
