Tips

+Reference the introducer by name in the first sentence
+Keep it under 150 words -- they already have context from the intro
+Include one concrete metric or milestone to hook interest
+Make the ask specific: '30-minute call this week' beats 'would love to chat sometime'
+BCC or reply-all to the intro email so the introducer gets credit
